Why pay a fixed monthly subscription for a service you might not use every month?

Our outbound voice over IP phone service is offered on a pay as you go basis where there is no monthly fee and no contract. There is no minimum spend requirement so you are free to make calls as and when you like without any commitments. We understand that our Phone Service must be easy to use and that's why we offer a provisioning service to download settings into your equipment. We also understand that there must be a worthwhile reason for you to switch to our phone service in the first place and that's why we offer features like Direct Media, DNS SRV and geographic redundancy that are not always available from our competitors.

The vast majority of VoIP providers use a technology called Relay Media which forces voice packets to travel through their servers so that they can intercept and record calls if they are required to do so by the authorities. Our VoIP technology focusses more on optimum call quality and we use a technology called Direct Media which allows voice packets to travel directly between your VoIP equipment and the device of the person you have called. This positively affects the quality of calls as packets generally travel much less distance over the Internet. Using Direct Media also improves the privacy of calls as our platform is not involved in the 'voice' portion of calls and has no way to intercept conversations.

Our prepaid plan doesn't require any commitment. If you don't use it - it doesn't cost you anything. Your call credit never expires and you can use the service from wherever you like. We are happy to have you as a casual Customer in the hope that you will one day choose us as your primary VoIP provider. We understand that it can take years to earn your trust and we are keen to prove to you that we are in it for the long haul. Our rates are comparable with most of our competitors, however, we focus more on quality than cost and we only use premium routes - no low cost Grey routes.

All calls are billed by the minute and you can view itemized Call Detail Reports from your account in our web site at any time. Please note that in order to protect ourselves from fraud, we do not allow calls to certain destinations by default for customers that pay via PayPal. If there are any destinations that you need to call, but are blocked by our system, then we may be willing to enable them for you on request. There are also maximum call durations in effect when you pay via PayPal. If you have a requirement to make lengthy calls on a regular basis, then we can lift this restriction on your account once we have seen a pattern of non-fraudulent use over a reasonable period of time. We can lessen restrictions immediately if you make credits to your account using Crypto.

Bring your own Devices

Any number of them. Our service provides a single master account for making payments and an unlimited number of sub accounts for making and receiving calls from any type of VoIP compatible device. You can connect IP phones, VoIP adapters, softphones on a computer or a VoIP app on your phone - all at the same time. Of course, you can also connect any type of alarm system too as our network was built to support auto-dialing burglar and fire alarm equipment from the ground up.

Compatible with ADT Alarm Monitoring Center

Some of the ADT Customers that have contacted us have been quoted as much as $800 up-front to upgrade their system plus an additional $8 per month service fee. They have been assured that monitoring service will not work over VoIP. Well, we beg to differ. If your ADT alarm system is not working over your existing VoIP service, then you've come to the right place.

Our network has been in use since 2009 by Customers of ADT and other Alarm Companies for monitoring their security alarm systems over the Internet. The technology has been proven over a long period of time with all the common alarm panels used by ADT and others. The technology supports all alarm formats so whether your alarm panel is brand new or 30 years old, it will be able to reliably send signals to ADT. Our service is not approved by ADT, but it is certainly approved by many ADT Customers that we have helped out over the years.

Calls leave your home or business over your Internet connection and we connect them direct to ADT or any other alarm company you chose. As alarm signals arrive in exactly the same way as they did when you had a regular POTS landline, it is totally transparant to the Alarm Company and they are none the wiser that you have switched to VoIP. There are no changes required at ADT in order to get your alarm monitoring working again.

All the usual warnings related to power and Internet outages apply and you should always have a backup plan for when things go wrong.
